Privacy Policy
Effective 6 September 2026.
Tilefold is a puzzle game. It requires no account and collects no name, email, address, phone number or anything else that identifies you.
What leaves your device
The app embeds Google’s Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics. Through them the following is collected:
- crash reports: where the app failed, device model, system version;
- performance data: launch time, hangs, peak memory use;
- anonymous usage statistics – which screens are opened and which actions taken;
- an app installation identifier that this statistics is tied to;
- the fact that an in-app purchase was made – recorded by Firebase Analytics itself.
This data is processed by Google under its own terms – see the Firebase privacy policy.
What goes to your iCloud
Records, game statistics and daily puzzle results are stored in your own iCloud so they survive a change of device. It is your storage; we have no access to it.
What stays on your device
Your unfinished game and settings are kept on the device only and are not sent anywhere.
Game Center and purchases
If you are signed in to Game Center, the score of a finished game and your achievements are submitted to it. Apple controls that data.
The Tilefold Plus purchase is handled by the App Store. We neither see nor store your card or payment details.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You may request information about the data collected, or its deletion, by writing to the address below. Deleting the app stops the collection.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
